Returns & Refunds Policy

Because every item is handmade to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund — no return required.

What's Not Covered

• Minor variations in color, texture, or layer lines are a normal characteristic of 3D printed items and are not considered defects. We inspect all items for the absolute best quality possible before shipping. 
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for a refund.

Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has typically begun and cancellations cannot be accepted.
